Mass Bay Warriors
Entering into its 9th season, the Mass Bay Warriors continue to focus on a town-hockey option for the girls of Medford, Burlington, and Woburn with a unique team name that allowed the girls to identify with each other without having to identify with a town other than their own.
Players
U12 & U14 teams and are considered full season team with practices, skills and games. U18 is a half season with 1 practice a week and a 10 game schedule leading up to high school. The U10 team is considered a supplemental team that is a games only team; the girls rostered on these teams are expected to play on their respective town team. Teams are created when there are enough girls to roster a team. All tryout fees are refunded to players if an age appropriate team cannot be created.
When
Season begins in September and runs until playoffs in March with the exception of U10 that begins in November for a game only format.
Where
Practices for our teams are held at the O'Brien Ice Rink in Woburn.
Games
The Warriors play in the Middlesex Yankee Conference Girl's Hockey League. Our season starts in September for U12, U14 & U18 with our U10's starting in November. Games are played on the weekend locally.
Practices & Skills
The full-season teams’ schedules are based on 1 practice per week and skills provided in the fall. (Note: additional practices are frequently added). Weekly skills for our U12 & U14 teams are held in Woburn for the first 10 weeks of the season.

Please note, if you are not from one of the 3 towns that make up the program you must reach out to your home program first to get approval to play for the Mass Bay program.
